Chassis: CNC machined hard anodized aluminum 0.16" (4mm) thick
optimized narrow layout, adjustable brace system for fine tuning
chassis flex with front, center, and rear braces
Drive: Four wheel CV driveshafts with captured pins on all four
wheels
Differentials: Three fluid filled, with straight cut CNC machined
hardened steel ring and pinion gears,
Motor Mount: Two-piece CNC machined, dual clamping gear mesh
adjustment, light weight direct-to-diff mount design, mount
accomodates truggy or long can motors up to 78mm long, mount uses
standard MOD 1 pinion, Tekno RC Traktion Drive or Elektri-Clutch
Shocks: CNC machined hard anodized aluminum bodies, 16mm bore, 4mm
hardened steel polished shafts, 5.4" (137mm) long rear shocks,
4.8" (122mm) long front shocks, truggy specific springs, CNC
machined 8x1.3mm tapered pistons
Shock Towers: CNC machined anodized 7075 aluminum, front 0.24" (6mm)
thick, rear 0.20" (5mm) thick, revised shock standoffs for easier
droop measurement
Suspension: Fully adjustable long travel geometry, truggy specific
arms and sway bars, lightened aluminum pivot balls, adjustable
anti-squat, rear arms, roll center, and bump steer
Body: Clear truggy type with high downforce wing, & low center of
gravity light weight wing mount
Steering: Full ball bearing equipped, lightened aluminum posts,
adjustable bump steer and Ackerman, Ackerman describes the effect
of the inside front wheel turning faster than the outside front
wheel during turns, adjustable stops, CNC machined aluminum
Ackerman plate, adjustable steering stops for precise steering
travel settings
Caster: Adjustable, caster/toe-in refers to the angle of the front
suspension when viewed from the side of the car in relation to
the chassis
Camber: Adjustable front and rear, camber refers to the angle of the
tops of the tires from vertical when viewed from front or behind
vehicle
