Hot Racing optional upgrade pro slide drive axle kit for 1/10th scale 2WD electric ECX vehicles, including the Amp, Circuit Stadium Truck, Ruckus Monster Truck, and Torment SCT. These axles will NOT work with the Boost Buggy.
- CNC machined ANSI 1045 equivalent hardened carbon steel construction
- Replaces factory plastic rear drive axles
- Blue anodized aluminum pin capture rings (design eliminates CV pin setscrew)
- 12mm steel wheel hub hex
- Steel is black finished
-Two Dual Slider CV Dual Universal Joint Drive Shafts
- Installation
- Medium strength threadlock (e. g. blue Loctite) on all screws
- Light grease for CV joints and shaft slider helps maintain their longevity
- Approximate overall collapsed length: 117mm
- Approximate overall extended length: 129mm
- Travel: 12mm
- CV pin: 2.5mm diameter, 11.45mm long
- CV coupler barrel: 4.5mm diameter, 7.3mm long
- CV ball: 8.9mm diameter
- Outdrive screw pins: M3x2.5x12mm
- Axle shaft screw pins: M3x2x12.5mm
- NOT compatible with the ECX Boost Buggy
- For 3S LiPo power or aftermarket brushless setups, it's best to use SECT288X06
- Replacement parts include: RECT288M (CV rebuild kit), RECT288 (12mm hexes), RECT288XU (outdrive drive hubs), RECT288XA (outer stub axle), SSP311 (M3x2.5x11mm screw shafts)
