We make these turnbuckles in-house to precise tolerances using premium Grade 5 titanium and one of the most sophisticated Swiss lathes available, making them the perfect upgrade for any racer looking to lower vehicle center of gravity and reduce overall weight.
These turnbuckles feature a streamlined profile, free of unnecessary features that cause high-stress concentrations. Even the identifying mark for left-hand threads is seamlessly integrated into the profile during the milling process. Beyond their strong design, we take it a step further by utilizing a thread rolling process. Unlike traditional cut threads, which disrupt the materials natural grain structure, cold-formed threads are rolled into shape, refining the metals grain flow for a stronger, more uniform structure, resulting in the strongest turnbuckles available.
