This is a 1/48 Plastic Piper Super Cub PA18 Model Kit from Minicraft Models.
It's rated skill level 2 and is not suitable for children under 36
months of age.
The Piper PA-18 Super Cub was first introduced in 1949, and holds the
record for continuous production (over 22 years) for tandem two-plane
aircraft. It was the the final development of the famous Piper Cub, which was
originally certified in February, 1934, as the Taylor "Cub." The PA-18
version was developed for crop dusting, and two other models were used by the
military as the L-18 and L-21 observation scouts. The Super Cub was equipped
with a more powerful engine and could travel twice as far as previous models.
Exterior surface of plane is complete with metal seams, bolt heads,
and hatches.
Interior of plane is fitted with two seats, flight sticks, and a
console.
Clear plastic canopy allows inspection of interior.
Detailed engine assembly brings the nose of the craft to life.
Landing gear system is faithful to the real plane.
Kit includes a black plastic stand for display purposes.
Detailed pictorial instructions guide you through assembly.
