This is a set of optional LRP SXX 6.0 - 7.4V Power Capacitors
from Team Associated.

their motors
Designed for 2S LiPo or 5 - 6 cell NiMh batteries
Super low ESR polymer capacity technology

lead wires and instruction sheet
REQUIREMENTS:
Soldering to ESC (these Capacitors are not recommended for novice
racers without soldering skills)
