The M26SS .26 offers big bore power with performance features normally only found at twice the price in high-end modified racing engines. While its oversized displacement makes the M26SS 26 an outlaw engine in most racing classes, the added torque and power are perfect for power-hungry sport drivers and outlaw racers.
Internally, the M26SS 26 offers the latest world-class Italian racing features, such as a 6+1 port design. Six intake boost and feeder ports surround the cylinder, optimizing fuel flow to the combustion chamber, while a huge T-port exhaust excavates spent gasses. Other high-performance features include a crankshaft with slinger grooves to promote fuel flow and a back-plate with passageway ports molded in place. The rod is dual-knife-edged to reduce aerodynamic drag at high rpm. The M26ss 26 also includes a 7.5mm slide-valve carburetor, rubber-sealed front ball bearings and an oversized Black-anodized head.
