Overview
The LOSA6016 Extra Rigid Ball Cups are easily distinguishable by their grey color and are direct replacements for the standard black or white units used in most kits and Ready-To-Runs. As with all control linkages you must have a component that is capable of absorbing impacts and stress. The plastic ball cup is the sacrificial part between the ball studs and the tie rods/camber links. With all forms of R/C vehicles getting faster, jumping higher, and unfortunately crashing harder, racers have been asking for less flexible ball cups. These grey ball cups are molded in an extremely stiff co-polymer material that makes them significantly more resistant to popping off or breaking under extreme impacts but less forgiving to mating parts. Although not suggested for the thrasher or sport enthusiast, serious racers will no doubt find these to their liking. The LOSA6016 Extra Rigid Ball Cups included 16 pieces, which is enough to outfit your buggy or truck twice.
