JConcepts offers replacement wheel hex adaptors for the #3425 Hazard wheel and available in a set of 4 pieces. The injection molded items are a direct fit and can be replaced in the event of a damaged or misplaced item. The #3425 Hazard wheel undergoes massive abuse from large scale trucks and drivers pushing them to the limit. The hex size on the adaptors is 24mm across the flat portion of the geometry and mount to #3425 wheels using the original hardware from the wheels.
