JConcepts is spot on with the release of a Carbon Fiber option for the rear shock tower. The stock vehicle comes standard with a fiberglass unit which carries all the original geometry; however, it lacks the pizzazz, strength, and appearance that Carbon Fiber can provide.
The new rear shock tower includes the original geometry for the best handling characteristics from that era. The tower includes detailed reinforced areas adding strength in key areas as well as the improvement in material creates a more rigid feel, increasing the response in the rear-end.
