These are the Type F5 Rear Gun Metal Grey Truck Wheels from HPI.
This mounts onto axle and tire mounts onto it.

Wide 5-spoke deep dish type
These are the type of rims that come with the HPI Nitro Rush and will
fit onto Associated, Losi, Tamiya, Kyosho, TRA and other HPI
trucks such as the Nitro RS4 MT and RS4 MT.
Two Rear F5 Gun Metal Grey truck wheels
2.2" rubber truck tires
CA glue to attach rubber tires
Diameter: 2.2"
Width: 2.0"
Four wheel drive trucks will use these rear rims on the front also.
The matching front rims for two wheel drive trucks are HPIC3043.
