This is a Ready-To-Fly, Radio Controlled, Electric Powered, Hand Launch Aero Cruiser Airplane Set with 27MHz Hobbico 3-Channel Radio, Speed Control, NiMH Battery and Motor. Recommended for ages 10 and up.
FEATURES:
Foam construction Fully assembled and ready for flight in only a few quick steps Includes everything needed to assemble and fly the airplane Radio system is a 3-channel Hobbico radio with servo reversing, three LED battery power status indicator, and functional battery charging jack. (Rechargeable NiCd transmitter batteries are not included.) Radio has a single stick for rudder and elevator action with a throttle lever conveniently located on the back side to control the speed of the airplane. It is like the Hitec 3 SS radio. Flight battery is a rechargeable NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) 8.4V 7 cell AA size hump pack. Charging time is three hours. Airplane looks similar to a Piper Cub Color is Yellow with a Dark Blue and RBd stripe scheme on the fuselage and rear stabilizers. Decals of the stripe scheme, Black call numbers and the Aero Cruiser name are pre-applied. COMMENTS:
Do Not charge the included Nickel-Metal Hydride battery with any charger that is not specifically designed for charging Nickel-Metal Hydrides. Overheating and shortened battery life could occur. Airplane is designed for outdoor use only. If fuselage gets cracked or damaged, apply white glue and cellophane tape, then let it dry overnight. Final assemblies include: The entire tail assembly goes together by just installing three screws. Wing mounts with two screws. Struts simply hook into the wing and screw into the bottom of the fuselage. Mount one of the included propellers and attach the landing gear. For Transmitter NiCd Conversion Kit, use DTXP4009.
