This is the DuraTrax Onyx 245 AC/DC Dual Charger with LiPo Balancing. Winner of the 2014 RC Car Action Reader's Choice Award!

When charging 2-3 cell LiPo batteries, the Main Charge Lead AND
the Balance MUST be connected in order for the charger to operate. The Onyx 245 will charge 1S packs normally through the main lead and without the need for a balance lead.

Charges 1-3 cell LiPo and LiFe (3.7-11.1V) and 4-8 cell NiCd and NiMH batteries
Both outputs are compatible with LiPo, LiFe, NiMH and NiCd batteries and the Onyx 245 can charge two batteries of the same or different chemistries simultaneously
Each output includes a jack for charging transmitter packs and 4-5 cell receiver packs
