This is a package of (2) M3x52 mm turnbuckles. They are 2.06" long with a square-shaped piece in the middle, which when turned by a wrench makes the linkage assembly lengthen or shorten (the threaded portions are reverse threaded on one side). These are made of steel and are silver in color.
