Development is always ongoing in the hands of racers looking to shave tenths of a second off their lap-times. The latest trend involves a lower shock position with -2mm shock towers which requires a -2-shock eyelet (not included) adjustment to retain proper droop and up travel. Racers lowering their shocks on the vehicle using towers like the new JConcepts -2mm option have shown a lot of promise on high-bite track conditions, and particularly those with high-speed sections.
The result is a vehicle with a lower CG that tends to corner faster, transition quicker, and more responsive for 21.5, 17.5, and modified class drivers.
