A simple, convenient and lightweight way to create a durable terrain shell. Just wad newspaper and stack to form desired terrain areas. Hold the wads in place with masking tape. Dip Plaster Cloth in water and smooth over terrain areas. The Plaster Cloth will dry to a hard shell.
