- The body clips are attached to the black leash. The leash mounts to the the hood of the vehicle by an aluminum mount. This is so the body clips won't be lost when removed from body.

- Torque body mount fastener sufficiently to secure fastener. DO NOT use threadlocking compound on fastener nut. threadlocking compound will crack polycarbonate (Lexan). - The body clips are attached to the black leash.
