This is the optional GPM Aluminum Main Chassis Tamiya Terra Crusher
Rib chassis. It starts life as a 5.5mm slab of premium 6061 T-6 aluminum.
This is then milled down to a 3.5mm thickens, leaving a ridge around the edges.
This gives you the strength of a thick piece.
