The tire features square outer pins and bar center pins for excellent traction and extended tire life compared to other small pin tires. The EVO version of the GRIDIRON has been updated with more tread density for improved performance and wear characteristics. The new EVO Truggy tires feature a new ROAR legal 1:8 Truggy bead design and a redesigned carcass shape with internal ribbing. The new bead design is similar to the 1:8 buggy bead design, ensuring easier assembly and a stronger bond between the wheel and the tire. The refined carcass shape maximizes the new bead design, and internal ribbing has been added to minimize tire growth at high RPM and support the tire contact patch during cornering. All these features contribute to improved handling and lower lap times.
