The Spektrum Simulator Dongle Actually Taught Me Something Today
Okay so I had no idea simulator dongles were even a thing until I started poking around today's restocks. Apparently you can plug the SPMWS3000T into your computer and use your actual
Spektrum transmitter with RC flight and driving simulators wirelessly. That is a genuinely cool way to practice without burning up your actual gear. Twenty four units landed and it comes in at $65.78, which feels worth it if it saves you from crashing a real vehicle while you're still learning. I had to look this one up but apparently sim practice is a big deal in the flying community especially.
Also restocked is the RPM81812 front bumper and skid plate for the Arrma Kraton 6S.
RPM stuff has a reputation for being tougher than the stock plastic, so if you run a Kraton hard this seems like a smart upgrade at just under $21.
There is also a tiny GEA2003S30JST from Gens Ace, which is a 200mAh 3S LiPo with a JST plug. That capacity is really small but I'm guessing it's aimed at micro builds or receivers that need a tiny backup pack.
If you run any of these setups I'd love to hear how you use them. Drop a comment or shoot us an email!
